Dalton Wins Two Titles and Named MVP at County Swim Championship

Congratulations to Lawrence High School junior Emerson Dalton for winning two individual titles and being named Swimmer of the Meet at the 2022 Mercer County Swimming Tournament on January 31!

Emerson won both the 200 freestyle and the 400 freestyle titles, breaking the 400 free meet record set by Princeton’s Victoria Cassidy in 2010!

This is Emerson’s 2nd straight Swimmer of the Meet selection, having won the designation as a freshman in 2020 (last year’s tournament was cancelled due to COVID).

The boys team placed 6th and the girls team placed 7th overall at the championship meet. Congrats to all!
