Damian Bariexca is proud to have been a New Jersey public school educator since 2000. Prior to arriving in Lawrence Township, Dr. Bariexca served as an English teacher at Hunterdon Central Regional High School and as a school psychologist at North Hunterdon High School. Dr. Bariexca joined the staff of Lawrence Intermediate School in 2011 as a school psychologist. In 2014, Dr. Bariexca became Supervisor of Educational Technology and Related Arts, overseeing fine, performing, and practical arts, libraries, and technology programs across the district. He remained in this position for five years, joining the LHS administrative team in 2019.
Dr. Bariexca earned his B.A. in English from The College of New Jersey, his Ed.S. in School Psychology from Rider University, and his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University.
Outside of Lawrence, Dr. Bariexca has taught aspiring teachers at Delaware Valley University and has worked as a professional development consultant for the New Jersey Education Association. Originally from Manchester Township, NJ, Dr. Bariexca resides in Perkasie, PA with his wife and children.
