AAPI Cultural Celebration at LHS

On June 3, during lunch and resource periods, LHS held their Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) celebration in the LHS media center. Students and staff came together to honor the rich traditions and diverse cultures of AAPI communities through handmade sushi, delicious tea, impressive yo-yo demonstrations (and lessons), clothing, presentations and much more.

It was a beautiful afternoon of connection, learning, and celebration of diversity that makes our LTPS community so special. #LTPSThisIsUs

The event was free for all students thanks to a generous grant from the LTEF Lawrence Township Education Foundation!
