Please check the following options first:
- E-mails were sent from Genesis on August 28 or 29. This e-mail contained the e-mail associated with your child’s account and the automatically generated password which is unique to your child. If you didn’t receive this e-mail, it may be due to one of the reasons listed below:
- The e-mail from Genesis went to your junk mail
- Our records contain an e-mail address that is no longer in use
- Our records do not contain an e-mail address for the parent(s)/guardian(s)
As long as you protect your password, others will not be able to see your child’s information. Each child/parent is issued a unique password.
Genesis parent access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the school year.
Yes, the ability to create a single sign on account is available to any parent/guardian of each student.
It is best that you contact your child's teacher directly, either by email or voicemail. This will result in the quickest resolution to your question.
