Business Office

The Business Office is responsible for the fiscal operations of the Lawrence Township Public Schools. The Business office handles the following areas:

Accounting

•       Annual Budget - View budget information files including, user friendly budgets, draft budgets and budget presentations provided at BOE Meetings along with the purchase order archives.

•       Audit – An audit is performed on a yearly basis and Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports by Fiscal year going back to 2005 are available.

OPRA – Request for Records

•       Complete the Open Public Records Request Form

•       Files previously requested

•       View facilities notices

•       View public bids

Contracts

Purchasing & Accounts Payable

•       Vendor forms and regulation information

•       Purchase orders are emailed to vendors when possible

•       Questions about POs: Email LTPSPurchasingDepartment@ltps.org

•    Send invoices to ACCOUNTSPAYABLE@LTPS.ORG

•       Return purchase orders only if the PO is greater than $7,950.00, the Claimant's Certification at the bottom left of the purchase order should be signed and returned
