Unlike a flyer or an email, television messages have limited space and a limited time span. Messages will be more effective if kept brief. One of the more effective methods of structure is to use the "bullet" type of layout.
Your message should include the location, time and date.
You do not need to include the year in the date or the area code in a telephone number, unless it is outside the 609 area code.
Whenever possible, use less lines of text. It will make your message easier to read.
Your message will be seen throughout the Lawrence Township and surrounding communities, so your wording will probably be different than an in-school announcement.
