Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Rachael Foster

I graduated from Northern Burlington County Regional High School in Columbus, NJ.  I always knew that I wanted to work in Biology so I went to College at Millersville University focusing on molecular biology, microbiology, and anatomy & physiology.  During my time at school I completed student research in Genetics, working with cephalopods (squid)  DNA.  As I neared the end of school I knew that teaching was for me, so after graduating college I completed New Jersey New Pathways to Teaching and became a teacher.  I have worked at Delran High school and Bordentown Middle school as maternity leave teacher. I then taught at Goetz Middle School in Jackson as a Special Education and General Education teacher for two years before coming to Lawrence in January 2016.

My person interests in science are in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Botany.

I have been coaching colorguard and winterguard at Northern Burlington High School since 2008.

I live with my firefighter husband and our three dogs Tully, Bailey, and Oban.
