• Printable Absence Note

     
     
    If your child is absent, you are asked to please send in an absence note upon his/her return to school. 
     
     
    The note must include:
    *the date(s) of the absence,
    *the reason,
    *the child's name, and
    *it must have your signature.  
     
    For your convenience, I have included an Absence Note link on this page.  You may simply print it out, fill it in, and send it to me with your child when s/he returns to school.  See link below.
