The creation of this site was the result of a collaborative effort put into place by the New Jersey Commission on Holocaust Education, Lawrence Township Public Schools, Nancy Hendrickson and Debra Goldberg, when Nancy was sponsored to participate in the Holocaust Educational Seminar, Summer 2004, in Eastern Europe. After 12 days of touring, taking photos and keeping a journal, Nancy came home inspired to develop this site. Each and every one of the direct web links have been reviewed by Nancy Hendrickson, School Psychologist, LIS. Deb joined the team as Technical Advisor. Without Deb, and the final permission of Rebecca Gold, Director of Personnel and Technology at LTPS, this site would not be possible. It would also not be possible without people like Holocaust Survivor, Maud Dahme who willingly shared her heart and soul with me and with so many others as we traveled. I present this site to you with hope for a more peaceful world. Nancy Hendrickson, 2004.
