Welcome to Music Class!

At Eldridge Park, students receive music instruction twice a week.  During music class, we sing songs from many cultures, play percussion instruments (shakers, xylophones, glockenspiels, drums, rhythm sticks, and more!), learn how to read music, and even create our own music.  In third grade, students will receive instruction on the recorder--a woodwind instrument that has been played since the Middle Ages.

Each grade level will present their own concert during the school year.  Please click on the link to the left for this year's concert dates.  More information will be sent home as the concert dates approach.
